Promo Photo For Band Oceano

Deathcore band Oceano found their new myspace album promotion picture (above) deleted from the site for being “too violent”. The censorship was in keeping with the myspace policy of banning any photos that are deemed offensive to the public, but the question remains.Would members of the 21st Century public would be offended by such a picture?

Popular Pashto singer Sardar Yousafzai and his orchestra came under attack by the Taliban while travelling through North West Pakistan. We are helpless.”

Prince Censored and Uncensored

Prince At The Superbowl

Prince At The Superbowl

Music icon Prince was given the go ahead to perform tracks from his 1980’s album “Purple Rain” at Superbowl XLI. The album had been attacked by censorship critics in the 80’s and many of Prince’s videos are still banned. Censors and critics have attacked the artist calling his material profane yet he was allowed to perform for millions of families. There seems to be little or no consistency by the censors regarding the artist formerly known as Prince.
